📦 Shipping & Delivery Policy – The Snack Stop

1️⃣ On-Campus Delivery Policy

🚚 Delivery Fee: $2 flat rate across campus.
💵 Minimum Order for Delivery: $5 (before the delivery fee).
🎁 Free Delivery on Orders Over $10.
⏳ Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 30-60 minutes, but may vary.
📍 Delivery Location: Customers must provide a valid on-campus location (dorm, library, student center, etc.).

✅ How It Works:

  1. Place your order via Instagram (@thesnackstopvsu) or website (thesnackstop.store).
  2. Send payment via Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, or exact cash.
  3. You will receive an estimated delivery time.
  4. You must meet the driver at the agreed location within 10 minutes of arrival.

🚫 No Dorm Pickup: To maintain privacy, orders cannot be picked up from our dorm.

2️⃣ No-Show & Late Pickup Policy

⏳ Customers have 10 minutes to meet for their delivery once notified of arrival.
🚫 If a customer fails to meet within this time, the order is canceled without a refund.

3️⃣ Future Shipping Policy (If Implemented)

📦 Shipping Availability: Currently, we do not offer shipping outside campus. However, this may change in the future.
⏳ Processing Time: Orders will typically be processed within 1-2 business days before shipment.
🚚 Shipping Carriers: If shipping is added, we will use USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
💰 Shipping Costs: Customers will be responsible for shipping fees, calculated at checkout.
